Laely and Tom first met when they worked together at The Cheesecake Factory. Laely was a server, and Tom was a busser. They were really good friends for 3 years. The whole time they were friends everyone who knew them said they would end up together. They always told them no and that they were just friends! Turns out they were right! Laely and Tom started dating in June 2020 and their wedding will be one year from our first date!
We had originally planned to photograph their engagement session in Golden on Labor Day. As the day went on and the smoke got worse we decided to postpone the shoot to the following week…and boy did Colorado show off for us! It was the perfect weather in the 80’s with a slight breeze. The sunset was just beautiful and the rays of lights danced on the mountains in the background. It was the perfect evening!
