The first time London and Demtrius met was in high school. One day Demetrius was walking in the hall at school where he saw London. He thought she was GORGEOUS! He stopped and asked if she wanted to go salsa dancing sometime. She laughed and then headed to class. That was the last they saw of each other. That is until the first day of college they happened to sit next to each other in their first class! That’s when they hit it off and started dating shortly after. I got to hear the story of how they met and got engaged during their engagement session at Garden of The Gods. From the Groom: “Some things I love about London are her ability to make me laugh and her sense of humor. She brings out the best in me and makes me want to be a better version of myself everyday. She treats everybody the same no matter who you are and where you come from with respect and dignity. She is a very strong woman and independent. She has put up with a lot of hardship and struggle in her life and continues to move forward. She is smart and is very creative and artistic. Finally I love her fully and I feel like she has always been a part of my life.”

From the Bride: I love that he is thoughtful, kind, goofy, handsome and a family man. He is unlike any other man I have ever met. We can talk to each other about anything and everything. He knows how to communicate with me instead of argue and he knows how to understand me more than anyone else. I also love the fact that he takes care of himself and his body, teaches me new things everyday and how extremely smart and talented he is.”
In line with the theme of how they met there was lots of amazing dancing at their wedding! From a choreographed first dance as husband and wife to a choreographed mother son dance, it was incredible! This family has some real skills on the dance floor. Most of all it was so evident how much they love and support London and Demetrius. It was a great celebration of the start of their marriage!
